FUSION rebuilds clearcoat and creates a technically sound foundation for the service that follows.

01 · DEFINITION

FUSION is not a coating.

FUSION is a Clearcoat Reconstruction System. It chemically integrates new clearcoat into the existing finish and behaves as part of the paint system, rather than as a topical product sitting only on the surface.

The central point: FUSION does not remove the need to understand the surface. It changes what may become possible after preparation.

02 · THE FOUNDATION

A better foundation for the service that follows.

FUSION is not designed to replace nano protection, coatings, PPF or the other systems already used by professionals. It works earlier in the process by improving the condition of the clearcoat on which those services will be built.

A uniform, structurally sound and correctly prepared surface provides a more coherent starting point for nano protection, ceramic coatings, PPF and other compatible systems.

The commercial idea: FUSION is not only a final result. It can become the foundational service that prepares and adds value to everything that follows.

03 · INTERVENTION LOGIC

Removal still has value. But it is not the only possibility.

Many correction processes reach the desired result by removing material until the defect is reduced or eliminated. That logic remains valid. Its limitation appears when available material is low, the required time is disproportionate or the responsibility involved in further removal increases.

FUSION introduces another possibility: after correct preparation, rebuilding the surface by adding new material.

What is removed is not restored. Technical choice should therefore begin with the real condition of the surface, not habit.

04 · PROCESS

Assess. Prepare. Rebuild. Control.

Assess

Evaluate the surface, the defect, the available material and the realistic objective of the intervention.

Prepare

Bring the surface to the correct adhesion conditions following the prescribed technical procedure.

Rebuild

Manage the FUSION application and the addition of new material in a controlled way.

Control

Evaluate the result, correct any errors and understand when the process has achieved its objective.

05 · ADDED MATERIAL

Approximately 8–16 μm per application.

The official technical data sheet indicates an approximate film thickness of 8–16 μm per application. Element and Aether are mixed 1:1; the mixed product has a pot life of approximately 2 hours and reaches full progressive cure in about 14 days.

These are indicative technical values, not an automatic result promise: clearcoat condition, preparation, environment and application management remain decisive.

06 · LIMITS AND EVALUATION

A technology has value when you also know when not to use it.

FUSION requires structurally sound clearcoat. It is not intended for delaminating finishes, compromised clearcoat or burn-through; it does not replace repair methods when the surface does not provide the required integrity.

The training is designed to turn this logic into operational competence.
