1. Organiser and scope
The training is designed and organised by FIERO Academy, the trading name used by BLITZ DETAILING DI ANDERSON COSENDEY MENDONCA DE ALMEIDA, Italian VAT number 04451080248. The programme, dates, venue and trainer are described on the website and in registration communications.
2. Registration request
Submitting the form is a request and does not automatically reserve a place. Registration becomes effective only after organiser acceptance and receipt of payment unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
3. Price and payment
The participation fee is €1,350.00. No VAT is charged under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme. Any stamp duty is handled on the fiscal document under applicable law. Available methods are bank transfer and PayPal. PayPal instalments depend on availability and PayPal approval.
Any promotional codes are personal, cannot be combined and are subject to validity, availability and usage limits. The discount accepted by the system at registration determines the amount due and is shown in payment communications.
4. Minimum attendance
The session may depend on a minimum number of participants. If it does not proceed, amounts received will be refunded or transferred to a new date at the participant's choice.
5. Changes or cancellation by the organiser
The organiser may reasonably change venue, schedule or date for organisational, safety or force majeure reasons. For substantial changes, participants may transfer or request a full refund.
6. Participant cancellation
Specific conditions applying after the statutory withdrawal period will be shown in the order summary and confirmation before payment.
7. Consumer withdrawal
Where applicable, a consumer entering a distance contract may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. If early performance is expressly requested, a proportionate amount may be due for services already supplied.
8. Certification
Certification depends on effective attendance, completion of required activities and compliance with technical and organisational procedures. It does not create a franchise, territorial exclusivity or guarantee commercial results.
9. Safety and conduct
Participants must follow trainer instructions and use required protective measures. Dangerous or seriously disruptive conduct may result in removal.
10. Intellectual property and liability
Training materials are protected and intended for the participant's professional use. Subsequent application remains the professional's responsibility and must follow technical documents and surface conditions.
13. Organisational changes
For organisational requirements, FIERO Academy may change the training date and/or venue. Changes will be communicated promptly to registered participants.
